Cant save a page with a checkbox

Currently we have an issue with saving confluence pages where a checkbox is in.

We cant save or revert. Only if we remove the checkbox.

Getting the error:

There was an error processing the request.

Our admins solved it. By restarting the server :D

Have you already had a look at the logfiles ? Maybe there is a specific error message ?
