Cannot log in to Confluence

The existing issue below described in Atlassian Support is only half my problem:

Login Screen Loops Back To Login Screen With No Error When Using Correct Username And Password

The login screen repeatedly loops when attempting to login, as described. However, after closing out of Confluence and restarting, it goes directly to the second screen for selecting my Confluence portal. Clicking that takes me back to the initial login screen. Clearing my cache did not help.

I'd reach out to your Confluence admin to see if they can help.  Without knowing some of the basics, like if you are on Cloud or Datacenter, we are just guessing.

If you can't find your company admins, try posting a screenshot of the login screen and we can probably determine if it's cloud or Datacenter.

Hello @Carl Louis Berger , I had a check and it seems your account doesn't have access to any Atlassian Cloud sites.

I would suggest checking internally within your company(admins) and raising a support ticket directly with Atlassian Support.

Have you tried different browsers? Are you using Confluence in the cloud or in data center? Have you ever had this problem before?

Same thing happens with a different browser. I have no idea how the company has set up Confluence, but this is the first time I have experienced this problem.
