Cannot log in to Confluence

Hello,

I have confluence(6.8.1) and jira(7.9.0) server managed by docker. I run conflulence, jira, crowd and some other containers to use these services.

Everything's okay, but I cannot log in to confluence and jira, after sudden shutdown of server PC (ubuntu  18.04.1 environment)

Jira and confluence uses external user directory, provided by crowd.

If I check everything on crowd, it seems there is no problem. I can see confluence and jira in Applications menu, they have corrector user groups, and also I can tell there is no problem on Authentication test for users, for both confluence and jira.

However, when I try to log in to jira and confluence, it just said there is an error and try again, without any further information.

It happened to jira first, but I tried to remove everything in jira home\caches\indexes and restore them, confluence also doesn't allow me to log in.

Also I cannot log in with admin ID.

Do I need to run jira and confluence again with recovery mode and get new admin ID? and then ..synchronize with the user directory in crowd server? (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-972329273.html)

I wanted to try this method, but I even cannot find jira and confluence install directory. I run them with docker, so it might be bit different from normal case...

Please let me know if you have any idea or need further information.

Thank you so much!

Best wishes,

JESuh

@JungEun Suh You can look at this post where they talk about recovery commands on docker https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Locked-out-of-Confluence/qaq-p/1412281
