Cannot find draw.io custom library tab in the configuration section

I would like to add a custom library I have created in draw.io. However, I cannot find the following tab suggested in other posts:

Could you please advise on how to proceed?

This occurs when an error prevents creating custom libraries page. An error message should be showing.

Can you please open the browser console (press F12) and then refresh the configuration page. Then send us any errors in the browser console and network tab.
