Cannot edit space logo

I had successfully edited the logo for this space, but it disappeared.  When I tried to upload again, the preview was visible but it didn't complete the edit and it is still using a generic jpeg logo.  I could go back to just the default, but I'd rather fix this-

Hello there!

As I understand, setting a new Space Logo does not work as expected. The logo change process does not finish and the logo used is a generic space logo image.

With this behavior in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions, @Alison L. F. Wise:

1. Is this present regardless of the browser being used?
2. What happens if you access the affected space using the Incognito / Anonymous mode of your current browser?
3. What happens if you clear the browser cache and try to access the affected space again?
4. What is the space key of the affected space?
5. What is the image file format used for the custom space logo?

Further, would it be possible for you to share some screenshots of the behavior itself? Specifically of the “default jpeg logo” and the process of you applying the new Space logo.

Just be careful not to share any sensitive data within those screenshots. Our community is an open space and everyone can see everything posted here.

Hi Diego - I am experiencing the same issue as Alison.  I am also unable to reset to the default logo.  I have been able to change other space logos without any issue as of yesterday but can't change on one particular space.  This is an older space with this make a difference?  thanks

I'm experimenting this issue, I have space admin permissions, I can go to the "Edit Space Details" (here I only can change space name, description, status and home page), back to the space details I can also change the categories, but I cannot change the space logo.

Not sure if this is related, the space was created in 2020 by a Former user.
