Hello,
I have migrated from server to cloud free. On the server we had permissions set up. In the cloud, these no longer exist in the free version. I am administrator, but I can not edit pages that I created myself on the server. I am not allowed to write to support. Does anyone have any idea who I should contact? I see this as a "bug".
Greetings, Patrick
Hi @Patrick Fischer ,
As you're on the free plan, you can't change the space permissions. To set permissions on spaces, upgrade your plan.
If needed, you can grant all users permissions for the space. i.e. Go to Space settings --> Space Permissions.
In the pop-up window, click "Grant all users permissions for this space"
Thank you very much! That was the point I was looking for but overlooked.
