Cannot add user in Confluence

Hi,

I tried to add users in Confluence (users who already exist in Jira Service Desk) but I get this error message:

Looking at the error you shared, seems like you do not have privileges to add or edit user(s). In case you have user directories configured in your Confluence instance, check if you have write permissions to the same. 

Please contact your system administrator to see if you have right permissions to do the job.
