Can we setup a restriction to a particular line in confluence cloud?

Hi Team,
We are using confluence cloud,
we have a scenario like, User can edit the entire page except a particular line/ID. Is there any restriction w.r.t a line rather than whole page?

Kindly help!

There should not be any restriction, but could be the case that the line you are trying to edit is an excerpt of other page.

Check if in that page you are trying to edit is in use any macro to include excerpt.
