Can we create a predefined list of labels in a dropdown approved and managed by space admins

I am building a knowledge base in Confluence. For the same, I need to create a predefined list of labels which can be managed by space admin. Ideally, this list should appear as a dropdown when someone adds/edits labels. Is there a way to do that?

Welcome to the community.

No this can't be done, as labels only become available in the system if they are set on a page.

Labels are open for all to you so anyone is able to addd a label to a page.
