While working on a software document, I sometimes need redirections form the words to other pages which I already made.
Exp:-
User can add persons form here
By clicking here the user can redirect to the page where I have share detailed description about the process.

yes, you can. From what I know, you can only make a hyperlink to a section in the same document.
You must highlight the word or sentence you wish to link and use the Ctrl+K function. There you can paste a link from a heading in your document.
While not in edit mode, sections have the link icon when hovering over (like in the picture below).

I got that @Patryk Potaczek but the actual issue is I can link the page but now the matter of matter of page.
If I have a page having numbers 1 to 10
and other page having numbers 11 to 20
now I want to link number 17 with number 7, if I will click on number 17 then it will take to 7 specifically not on the page where all numbers are present.
