Can the number(id) in URL of a confluence link change ?

I'm using confluence URL to link our java code to confluence. I wanted to know, if the number (id) in the URL (example: https://osloprojet.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/..../pages/79654669/...) can change ?

Yes, as long as you want to link to the current version of the page.
