Can't create new page on confluence site

When I restore the confluence site with backup zip from web page admin. Importing data is successfully. But when I test to create the new page on existing site it shown the following. 

This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin.

I have tried with this link but it's not ok for me. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-reset-all-confluence-plugins-back-to-their-default-state-through-the-database-859509873.html

Could you please any suggestion or advice?

You might be hitting a problem with Collaborative Editing. Please look at this KB
