Can't add excerpt include macro

There's an issue with a macro "Excerpt include". Wherever I choose this macro and try to add it, nothing happens. Just nothing at all

The page where I add it is empty, there's even no text

Usually something happens. Two things I can think of:

• There is something wrong with your instance
• You should try the same action from another browser and preferrably in an incognito window

I would begin with the second option.

@Astral Romance Have you checked the Excerpt that you are inserting to make sure that someone didn't delete the content? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-excerpt-macro/ 

Have you tried setting the Remove title + frame parameter in the Insert Excerpt macro to true to see if the title and frame appear even if there is no content? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-excerpt-include-macro/
