Hello!

Yes, there are options to watermark pages upon PDF export. The first would be to customize your PDF export, though this option may become problematic as you'll have to maintain this customization. There was a similar post about this at Confluence PDF export with watermark and our documentation can be found at Advanced PDF export customizations.

Alternatively, you may explore options within the marketplace to find an app to suit your need, here is a preset search for Atlassian Marketplace | PDF Watermark.
