Can I share Confluence files to a non-Confluence user?

Can I share Confluence files to a non-Confluence user (with no need to insert user and password, just like from cloud)?

There is a concept of anonymous users - if anonymous users are allowed to view a space or page , the content is visible to non-confluence users.

How can i configure it in my confluence?

I just want to share a specific content/files w/ our non-confluence customers (w/o sharing all database, just like a cloud).
