Can I dynamically include the version number of a page in the page itself?

I am using a Confluence space to store and maintain our policy and procedure documents.  I would like each page to include the version number, publish date, and approver from the page history.  Is there any way to do this using markup?

The change history macro is the only way to get that information on the page.  The issue is it shows all of the versions.  There is a change request that you can vote for that would allow you to limit it
