Can I customise the Title of the Expand Macro?

I would like to customise the font, size and colour of the title text of the Expand Macro in Confluence. I am using this Macro to create a Q&A page and would like the title to match the formatting of the rest of my page. 

I have inserted the Expand Macro into the page. 

I have selected edit as shown in the photo. 

Is there any way to change the title text to a custom font, size and colour?

I don't think this is directly possible.

But you can somehow work around this, I have formatted my Q&A like this with expand macro.
