Can I count the number of values in one entry?

Hello,

I'm looking to see if I can count the number of specific responses in one entry, and have that number show in another field.  

Example: 

I have 5 dropdown list fields (f1,f2,f3,f4,f5) all with the same options  

I would like to have the countYes field count the number of Yes responses in one entry.

With the existing macro, we can only display the values, but any calculation operation is not present.
