We use blog posts for news announcements in our company and are currently in the process of archiving them in a different space. Is there a direct feature that allows us to convert the blog posting into a regular page so we can archive it in an organized way?
Hi @Julia Lilenfeld , this is not quite available yet OOTB. There is an open suggestion for this if you'd like to vote, watch, and comment!
There is not yet (to my knowledge and quick search) a suggestion for adding the folder feature to blogs, which I assume would help with the organization you are trying to achieve! You can totally suggest that by contacting support, if you like!
Thank you @Harrison Ponce

You can do it with automation rules, but it will be tricky due to the access to the blogpost body content. It is not so easy but feasible.
I give you the documentation here :
- Automation rules : https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/confluence-cloud-automation/
- Access to page/blogpost body : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Smart-value-to-get-to-the-body-of-the-page-possible/qaq-p/2281455
