CSUM warning message

I am working with Confluence version 8.5.5 and the Custom Space User Management plugin version 4.0.11. Both for Confluence Data Center. The plugin is enabled, the license is valid. When I use the CSUM function in Space Tools I receive the warning message "App Disabled, CSUM is down right now". I checked the Confluence Security configuration and the 'External user management' setting is un-checked. I there another setting I should check?

Hello Bill,

By default when CSUM is first installed it is disabled within the System Admin configuration to prevent Space Admins from using the application before it has been fully configured.

Due to this it will mean that you will need to access the System Admin Configuration and enable CSUM. This can be done by going to Manage Apps > Expand CSUM > Configure > Space Group Config > General and then toggle Add-on deactivated.

If you require any further assistance then feel free to contact PPL Support (CSUM Vendor). This can be done by Emailing support@thepluginpeople.com or by using our Customer Portal.

Regards,
Ryan (PPL Support)
