Hi there

I'm trying to reinstall CQ after a full Confluence reinstall and am having trouble. The add-ons manager is telling me that it has been installed but the Get Started link is giving me a 404.

The installation recognises that there is an existing licence key so perhaps the process is different in this case?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Richard

Hi, if I remember correctly the 404 it's because the Get Started link takes you to a documentation that it's no longer where it was.

The problem could be because you have to clear the plugin cache, try this:

Thanks Ramiro, clearing the cache along with resolving some issues where questions had lost their authors has fixed the issue.
