Greetings all!
Does anyone know of a way to add information to many Confluence pages at once? We are looking for ways to add a macro to a series of pages or a label to a series of pages. Any add-ons that can do that?
Thank you!
Hi @Emanuel Jianu, there are a few options you can achieve this, including apps. In the past, I have managed to add macros in bulk using Confluence API by updating the body.storage and manipulating the page storage format. Have a look at the APIs. For apps, I had used ScriptRunner, Confluence CLI and Power Scripts, among others. Any of that should do the trick for you. Which one you currently have?
@Emanuel JianuI agree that there should be more tools to do things across multiple pages, this is what we need as a business, if it's page by page we could just use Google docs but we want the collaboration power of a wiki.
This is why we are built Space Content Manager. Right now it has bulk find and replace, labels and a few other things. More coming. I don't want to buy or manage lots and lots of apps, many do only a small thing I care about. A suite of tools is better.

@Emanuel Jianu our app, Comala Lists, allows you to bulk-add labels to a number of pages at once. We made a video demonstrating the functionality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJJfXykav8c
