Hello,
We have a confluence space that needs to be maintained by multiple users. I have created a group with the users to allow for easier management. Now I would like to give the group edit rights to all the existing articles including those in draft. I can see how to add to individual articles but not multiple.
Is this possible or do I need to go through 50+ articles individually adding the group?
Thanks
@Sean Smith If you are wanting to do this specifically for Draft pages, you have to explicitly share the draft page with them (see https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-edit-and-publish-a-page/#Drafts).
Since you are on the Standard plan, you don't have Automation, though I don't know if it would be possible to share draft pages through automation.
Hi @Sean Smith
Are you relating to restricted pages on the space?
Then you could check the API for restrictions, see api-group-content-restrictions

When I created the articles I left in draft as they aren't finished, they automatically made me the editor as expected. Now we want / need to allow some other users to be able to work on those articles.

Hi @Sean Smith
Grant them permissions, but they can only start editing when the draft is published by you.
Other Confluence members can't co-operate in editing on a draft page
