Backup

Hi guys, hope you are doing great! 

Here is question. Our team is in Russia. We always try to use safe programs to run business which can provide backup copy in a case if something can happen (Russian government always unpredictable and who knows which company they will block next). I m sure that Confluence is the best option. But the thing is that I couldn't find any information about daily back up. Is it possible to get a copy of all documents and data in a case if something will happen?
