Just had some users complain about the auto-convert feature.
When pasting the link of a single jira issue into a confluence page, confluence will just display a normal web-link instead of displaying the status.
Furthermore, when using that same link in the Jira Issue/filter macro I receive this error: "No server found match with your URL.Click here to set this up"
Jira and confluence are linked correctly. I verified all the urls and they also are correct.
If I remove the issue ID from the url (so it ends on https://xxxxglobal.dns/browse/) I get a nice list of issues.
If I select "Recently viewed" I also get a nice list. Selecting 1 item from that list also works as expected.
If I use a search like "key = IPOS-245" it also works.
Any ideas to solve this to get the auto-convert working again?
We are using Confluence 6.12.2 and jira 7.8
Cause found (certificate was not correct) and relinked jira & confluence.
