Hi there,
Any thoughts on this? We're an NGO and our Sudan IT staff still can't access Atlassian Confluence. Sanctions were lifted last year (see link below) - please can you help?
Johnny.

We're a community of end users, we've got no control over blocks on Atlassian's stuff.
I'd recommend raising a support call by navigating through the options starting at https://support.atlassian.com/contact , but actually, in this case, I am pretty sure you will land upon https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing (I know it's a bit odd to see purchasing and licencing named when you're really asking about network and usage blocks, but actually, this team is most likely to have immediate knowledge of all the stuff about sanctions and access!)
Thanks @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- for the advice and steer - I'm going to give that a go. Will update on here for anyone else in a similar situation.
