Atlassian Companion not working with Firefox 68.3esr

Hello,

yesterday the new Firefox version release. After that the Companion dont recognize that the companion exist. A reinstallation dont work either. Only the workaround with another browser (Chrome) works.

 

Can someone help me?

Perhaps the same issue as described in recent comments on: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Atlassian-Companion-will-not-run/qaq-p/1084994 ? There, a revoked certificate is given as a reason.

I can confirm, that the companion app doesn't work with firefox (I tried with version 60.3.0esr)

I think you should report a bug: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ I didn't find any open issues. 

In this post, there is a solution for Internet Explorer. Perhaps, you can adapt this for firefox as well. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Atlassian-Companion-not-working-in-Edge/qaq-p/975364
