Atlas plugin created cannot resolve dependenciesA

I am using IntelliJ IDEA  and got these error message while trying to create just a basic plugin following the instructions given in the website. Do I am missing something.

The JAR file was generated.

"Resolve dependencies

Cannot resolve com.atlassian.plugins:atlassian-plugins-osgi-testrunner:2.0.1

Cannot resolve com.atlassian.plugin:atlassian-spring-scanner-runtime:1.2.13 '

Any guidance will be of great help.
