As a site admin, how do I remove a page restriction without having premium

I am a site admin and unable to remove restriction for a confluence page where the author has left. I keep being asked to upgrade to premium.

You should be able to remove the restrictions in the free version, there are instructions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/permissions-and-restrictions-in-the-free-plan-976780167.html

If you've already been through these steps try logging in as the user (go to Setting, then Users, then select the user and click "log in as user.") Once logged in as the owner of the page try removing the restrictions again.
