Apps (plugins) license information

Daniel Alonso May 28, 2019

I recently did a database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL and on the testing face we are noticing that the Licenses for the Apps are not there.

Do you know where the licenses are on the database? Probably we have a database corruption that we haven't noticed yet.

Thanks.

Hey @Daniel Alonso , thanks for getting in touch with us.

Could you clarify what you meant with "...I cannot see the file". Does that mean that you are unable to open it or that the file was never generated to begin with?

Depending on this, we might need to tackle the issue a little differently!

Let us know.

Thanks @Diego what I wanted to say is that I ran the script and I don't see any results. Is there a way I can save the results on a file? I'm planning to use the PowerShell option.

You should be able to get the license keys from your atlassian account licensing page and re-apply them. https://my.atlassian.com/

So is this info no stored in some place to apply it automatically?
