Application links between confluence and jira

Hi,

i'm trying to establish a link between jira and Confluence (on both statging envirnments ) and i have an error message from jira side with Oauth  ERROR 500.

I have done an import to both certificates into trust store.

Can you please guide me and thanks in adavance.
