Api call to other services from Confluence

Hi 

How can I create form in Confluence that for some fields fetch data from another services like sharepoint?

For example: I create field in Confluence page that call “customer” I want whenever user click on that field list of customers that store on sharepoint fetch here and user able to select from list.

any idea?
