I tried the browser URL, public link and a regular link nothing is happening it's not connecting just raise an error.

Can you share a bit more context? What do you mean with 'adding a link to the Confluence integration'?
If it's something that worked before, and doesn't work at the moment, it might be due to some ongoing issues at Atlassian: https://status.atlassian.com/ > currently several products are reporting an active incident.

Ah - at the left bottom I notice the mention of 'Asana'. This means that this is not native Jira. I would first reach out to Asana support to see if they have any bugs or issues that could cause this.
When I test this from native Jira > Confluence, I don't see any issues on my side!
