Anyone else experiencing broken emoticons and statuses after Confluence 6.14.2 upgrade?

Specifically, the lightbulb (on) & (off), the question mark (?) are breaking randomly

Also when copying a status or jira filter macro, it pastes as a broken image but renders ok after publishing the page. 

The empoticons stay broken and we use the lightbulb heavily in status reporting

There are three known causes for this:

• Corrupted cache (The URL is pointing to an old cache)
• Misconfigured base URL
• Corrupted plugin cache
