I found (2) possible Atlassian add-ons that could resolve the issue. We haven't proceeded with evaluating/testing either option yet:
Both allow for templates to be created, can use Labels to group the pages, and can bulk print to PDF.

If you know the URLs you could use this, with a quick script.

That will generate "pngs" for you. Would that work for you?

@Alana Fernando, Nope that does not answer my question. Multiple pages get exported to a single pdf file. I need/want as individual pdf files. Achievable?

@Ameya Agashe unfortunatly this is not possible in out of the box confluence. Also I found that there is a feature suggestion CONFSERVER-38735 but marked as won't do.
I guess you have to find a add-on to do this.
