Any chance to use space stylesheets to customize a dialogue window ,for example, Ask a question?

Just have a need to translate and simplify the Ask a question dialogue window.

Which "ask a question" dialogue? Is that in Confluence Questions?

That should be automatically translated when your people choose a different language in their profile.

I'm not sure about "simplify", what are you trying to remove (Atlassian think everything they've put on the page is of help somewhere, so the question is "what do you think is not helping the people asking a question"?)
