An internal error occured when trying to change your password.

When I was trying to reset my password in confluence page. I was getting the below linked error message. Can you please help me out in this.

Hi @Vani Devulapally 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Looking at the image you shared, I can confirm you are on Confluence Server or DC (self hosted by your organisation).

As such I’ll recommend asking for who your confluence administrator is so they can help you here.

Depending on how users are provisioned, you may not be allowed to change your password so this person will be in the best position to assist you.
