Allow access after denying request

I denied an access request to confluence when I should not have. After that, I sent the user an invite. She pastes the invitation into an incognito window and logs in, but then she sees that an admin has denied access. It's like I need to clear the denial somehow.

User is synced from on-premises AD, then manually added to a product access group. 

Any help is appreciated!

can you not simply add the user under User Management? Be sure to give them the desired product asccess.


I tried inviting her. After she clicks the link from the invitation and logs in, she sees that an admin has denied access, as mentioned in the original post. Thank you for the suggestion though.
