I denied an access request to confluence when I should not have. After that, I sent the user an invite. She pastes the invitation into an incognito window and logs in, but then she sees that an admin has denied access. It's like I need to clear the denial somehow.
User is synced from on-premises AD, then manually added to a product access group.

can you not simply add the user under User Management? Be sure to give them the desired product asccess.
