Keynote → PDF    　 結果：文字化け
powerpoint → PDF　結果：文字化けなし

確認できました。ありがとうございました。

PDFでファイルアップした場合、ファイルのアイコンをクリックしてからのプレビューではなく、画像と同じようにすでにプレビューされている状態にしたいのですが、可能でしょうか？

This seems more like it would be a bug with how Confluence handles non-latin characters. I would submit a ticket to Atlassian Support and maybe get it put into their backlog to look at.
