Hello, we have a Jira / Confluence solution that is deployed in AWS and is behind a reverse proxy / ALB. Application links are set and working properly as I have created an additional connector port on 8091 to bypass the proxy.
We are having an issue where an Advanced Roadmap link from jira is not displaying anything at all when configured on Confluence. The Roadmap does display things on Jira, just not Confluence.
I edited the link to use the ALB DNS and port 8091 instead of HTTPS. I was getting errors that the application link was not configured when using the provided URL. Any suggestions on what would be causing this? The link is created, but its literally just displaying a blank rectangle on the confluence page.
Humashanker,
The two links that you sent are both possible solutions but I believe they may be outdated. The first link is a solution for Confluence Cloud, not Server environment which makes me think that it would not be a potential fix for this problem. The second link is for the Data Server version but for Confluence version 3.29. I am experiencing the same issue as the O.P. and am running Confluence version 8.7.2. Are these links still applicable for my/their environment? If not, do you have an updated link for the Server environment and the updated Confluence version?
Thanks for your assistance,
Caleb

HI, still no luck. I am able to curl the link from confluence so I know its working, but it still just displays blank on the page itself.
Permissions on the Roadmap on Jira are open to all Roadmap users. Application links are configured and working fine, just not the Roadmap links.

HI @Eddie Newman - It is strange,
Would you like to give a try in Google Chrome ? basically the different browser.
The macro only requires a valid confluence sharing url.
As a sanity check, can you paste that copied confluence sharing url in a new browser tab and check that it renders correctly?
