Is it possible to add fields from Service Desk to Confluence. So if the field changes in Service Desk it automatically changes in Confluence?

Service Desk = Jira, which is not Conflunce (another product).
What are you trying to achieve?
There are ways to create pages in Confluence from Jira issues/tickets, which can include Jira Service Desk fields.
Are you referring to a Jira macro embedded in a Confluence page?

My customer would like two of the custom fields that were created for Service Desk to be available on the Confluence pages and then have them automatically updated if the fields change in Service Desk.
