Add collaborators to whiteboard

I want to use whiteboards but I need to know where to find the documentation of how to allow those with the link to collaborate. I assume this is similar to Mural or Miro, where I can be in a training, share the link and people can add their notes.

Do I have to add them as guests and then give them access to the dashboard?
