Add a custom wiki to knowledge base for customer service desk.

Not sure if I'm asking this correctly or not. But a while back we developed an automated process that generates the text formatting for a custom wiki that defines and describes our custom api for one of our products. Is there a way to link this up in the knowedge base so that if a customer typed out say ".setMode" it would provide them with a link to that methods wiki page? On top of of that is there a way that the confluence can house this said wiki?
