Add Jira board in Confluence page (Cloud version)

Hi, there seems to be clear instructions on how to do so for server edition in the link below:

but that doesn't' apply to Cloud, firstly external gadgets settings are not managed the same as those are  included under : "Other Macros / External ones" when working on a page..

A Wallboard gadget macros doesnt seem available for cloud. Does any body has a solution?

Increasingly dissapointing that Cloud seems limited on these features when they should be streamlined and at par with features found in Server, if not better :(

We have the same situation, all linkages are in place but there is no Agile Wallboard macro provided that we can access.

Did a ticket get opened to address that issue on the cloud side?

Hello @Juan Ramirez

Here's the open ticket about it.

Update: Confluence now includes JIRA's gadget feed URL automatically, but JIRA still doesn't automatically include anything, nor does Confluence include any gadget feeds from the other apps.

Thanks for the link and prompt reply Tarun!

I am site admin but I noticed that going through the blelow link under our confluence url is not available for us : /wiki/admin/videgadgetdirectory.action.

"Not permitted"

Current macros we have available doesn't show the wallboard option.

How do we proceed you know?

Hello @Juan Ramirez

I am on confluence cloud and there is no special need to add external gadgets. While adding confluence macro if you select "all" macro option and if your confluence is linked to Jira cloud then you should see the option of wallboard gadget.

Please see the screenshot

that is odd, we do have both jira and confluence linked but still not wallboard gadget available:

It seems that there is something extra needed to do so the gadget is available..

Hi @Tarun Sapra

Just wondering if you happen to find the difference on why I cannot see the wallboard gadget. Is it something on our own particular cloud deployment perhaps? I find it strange that you can (even in cloud) but not for us.
