Active Directory Sync issue

Hi,

I'm a new Jira / Confluence admin with little experience and i inherited a setup that has a few issues.
My main issue right now is that the AD sync does noet fully sync all users in groups.

Sync completes succesfully, however, a group (eg "domain users") should have about 500 users in them, though Jira / Confluence only shows 17.

Any tips on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi Lennert,

You should check the directory settings in Jira for the AD directory.
Perhaps there is a "User Object Filter" that only syncs certain users.

Check the groups in the AD App to sync all the Users in your AD along with @Charlie Misonne suggestion
