Hello everyone.
We have the whole company involved in a group.
Currently we only have 10 confluence licenses (people who create content), but we have 200 JSM licenses. In total we are about 300 people.
My question is, can I create a space in confluence that my whole company can see it (read only), even if they don't have any kind of license?
Hi @Jon Pérez ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Unfortunately Confluence doesn't differentiate read/write permissions at license level. If a user has just read or read/write, he consumes a license.
What you can do is to provide anonymous acces (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/) but in that way your contents will be visible to all user and not just to your internal users.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Thank you Fabio.
I undertand how confluence works.
We´ve to think how we can solve this trouble.
