Access to JA jumstart program resources (like the jumpstart guidebook)

Hi. 

As a partner employee I want to follow a training using / refering to Jumpstart guidebook and other stuff like jumpstart blueprint, etc.

But I've no access to it. 

Partner portal doesn't includes such resources. And my email doesn't grant me to Jira Align Jumstart resources.

Is this normal? And if not, what can I do?

I'd recommend contacting either the person who manages your Atlassian partnership internally, or your Atlassian contact.

These are Atlassian's public community forums, where the majority of users are customers rather than partners.
