Access and modify confluence page with Python

Hello,

I am trying to:

1) Access a confluence page with a Python script ( I have to login using google authenticator)

2) Modify the page with the same Python script

Can you provide a step by step guide to achieve this? Ideally a tutorial that takes you from user credentials to posting "hello world" on a new page on the personal space would be magnificent!
