Ability to display data from Confluence Database in JIRA Custom Field

Joseph Farrar September 10, 2024

Is there presently a way to display data from a Confluence Database into a JIRA Custom Field, say a drop down field where you can select the value you want?

Example, the ability to select a specific product for a support request, behind the scenes the Confluence Database table has a lot more metadata/columns associated to the value selected that provides more insight to the support representative.

Hi @Joseph Farrar

No you can't.

In JSM you can use Assets, if on a premium plan.

You could raise this as a feature request on https://jira.atlassian.com/
