Within a confluence page, when a user is assigned with multiple tasks with due dates, how can we configure confluence automation to ensure that the user receives a single email notification for all the assigned tasks?
As far as I know, Automation for Confluence can't work with page lists in email. In this case I guess it processes each task/page. When it has to send out emails about a certain event, it will send as many emails as many pages are affected. If it were 500 pages processed, each recipient would get 500 emails.
When we released automatic, custom notifications for expired, not-viewed, etc events and tasks for Confluence users, we had to create our own automation engine so we could work with page lists when Better Content Archiving sends out emails. It was because (among other things) we couldn't rely on the email action in A4C.
